A One-Stop Shop for Twilio Partners’ Needs
Global communication services giant Twilio has built an extensive network of Partners who help customers to both implement and maximize the value of their Twilio products.
In order to maintain strong relationships with these Partners, Twilio maintains a Partner Dashboard — called Mission Control — where Partners can access more details about their accounts, in addition to educational materials intended to help them better support Twilio’s customers.
However, previous iterations of Mission Control weren’t as apparent or intuitive for Partners as Twilio wanted, causing confusion regarding what Partners could and couldn’t do in their accounts. In order to give Partners a lens into their accounts while also driving engagement, Twilio approached Impekable to redesign the user interface of its Partner Dashboard.
The Solution
As a design-focused agency and long-time Twilio vendor, Impekable was uniquely situated to support Mission Control’s redesign.
Initially, we approached the Dashboard portal’s design with the desire to provide Partners with a transparent, holistic view of their relationship with Twilio.
With this vision in mind, we designed features within Mission control that would enable Partners to see their progress in different aspects. In particular, our concept highlighted Partners’ current partnership tier, the requirements to advance to the next tier, a deal registration summary, their certification(s) and training progress, leads from their Showcase listings, and new sales opportunities.

The Results
Thanks to our redesign, the new Mission Control Dashboard makes it easy for Twilio Partners to both view information regarding their relationship or to take action on items such as submitting an SOW or creating a new deal registration.
